Alan Stafford is the captain and owner of That's Jet Boat'n. He has a great passion for adventures in the outdoors, especially in water. Having grown up in Banff, Alan was exposed to these beautiful adventures at a young age.
CANCELLATION POLICY & FAQ
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7 days prior to tour date to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your total tour cost.

Can I customize my private tour?
Yes! That's Jet Boat'n offers many different customizations! Contact to make your tour a personalized and special adventure.

Will I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, a waiver is required. You will receive the waiver to sign and return prior to tour.

What should I bring with me on my tour?
Please bring weather appropriate clothing, water, hats/sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, and a smile!
If you have requested to swim, bring towels and water shoes.

Are lifejackets provided?
Yes! Lifejackets are provided as they are mandatory at all times.​

Are your tours children friendly?
Children ages 5 and up are welcome! Discover the perfect family adventure with our private and custom tours! ​​

Are your tours dog friendly?
Our boat is dog friendly, as long as your dog is boat friendly! Please book as a custom add on.
Is food included in the tour?
No. Please indicate in your booking form of any custom charter add ons, such as picnic and BBQ options. If you have any dietary restrictions, please mention them.

What is your alcohol policy?
Consuming alcohol on board is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas.

Is jet boating dangerous?
There is always risk with any adventure. Risk is significantly lowered by using the proper safety measures and the right equipment. Captain Al is an experienced operator and your safety is our number one priority!
