We collect this information to be able to operate our services, and to contact our users with service-related notices. Our company is hosted through the wix.com platform. Your data may be stored securely through their database and applications. Your data is protected, as we respect your privacy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 7 days prior to tour date to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your total tour cost.

Weather and Water Cancellation Policy

If weather or water is uncooperative, you are entitled to receive a full refund, or the option to reschedule.

Payment

Authorization of your payment indicates your approval with our terms & conditions and confirms That’s Jet Boat’n is not responsible for foreign transactions or bank fees incurred. Full payment required upon invoice. Your reservation will not be confirmed until payment has processed.

Rates

All rates are displayed in Canadian currency, and do not include GST. All prices are subject to change without notice. A change in time or add ons of your reservation may result in a rate change and/or additional fees.

Pet Policy

Our boat is dog friendly, as long as your dog is boat friendly! Limit of dogs.

Smoking policy

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the boat.

Liability/Waiver

Touring with us requires you to sign a waiver of liability.
